Professional Interests:
Kay has an interest in the treatment and prevention of all types of musculoskeletal and sports injuries. Kay enjoys treating all types of injuries from back pain and shoulder injuries to knee or neck pain. She has a special interest in Sports injuries, and has completed post-graduate studies granting her the title of APA Sports Physiotherapist.
Kay has experience working with a variety of amateur and high-level sport, including physiotherapist at the 2018 Commonwealth Games. As well as sports injuries, Kay also has vast experience in pre and post operative rehabilitation including hip, knee and shoulder surgeries, as well as back & neck injuries and headaches. Kay also has qualifications in Dry Needling and is DMA Clinical Pilates trained.
In her spare time, Kay enjoys spending time with her young family, going to the gym, cooking and following the Bombers!
